Our atmosphere is family oriented, catering to kids of all ages. We are looking for employees who
can start now and work through at least Labor Day....preferably to December 1...the last day of our season.

This is a "Player/Coach" managerial position.
The ideal candidate has Ice Cream industry experience or similar, seasonal, fast paced retail food industry experience.
The Manager will need to learn the business from the ground up. We are a small business
so willingness to work side by side with the staff is necessary.
Maturity and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment is critical.
Must be able to Manage a Crew of up to 20 individuals.
Night and Weekends.
We are always looking for employees to get promoted to Shift Leaders and Managers.
We typically promote from within so you learn the business from the ground up. How long it takes
for promotions is up to the individual and needs of the business.
